30% advance online payment is required to make a booking. In the case of cancellation of a guaranteed booking or a no-show of a Guest at the Hotel, the Hotel shall charge the Guest with the amount equal to the advance payment, the amount of which is set at a minimum of 30% of the value of the ordered services.
